เริ่มการบรรยายโดยคุณพรสุข กรกิตติชัย ในเรื่อง Incident Response from The Pentester’s-Eye View เป็นการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์เชิงรุก จากแนวคิดของนักทดสอบเจาะระบบ เพื่อให้ทุกคนในองค์กรตื่นตัวและให้ความสำคัญ ไม่ใช่เพียงแต่ฝ่าย IT ทั้งนี้ การมีแผนรับมือที่ชัดเจนและระยะเวลาในการแก้ปัญหาที่รวดเร็ว จะทำให้เกิดผลดีต่อองค์กรมากที่สุด

จากนั้นเป็นการบรรยายเชิงพูดคุยสไตล์ Podcast & Present และมี Session ตอบคำถาม โดย ดร.สรณันท์ จิวะสุรัตน์ และคุณศาศวัต มาลัยวงศ์ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้งสองท่านได้ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเตรียม Incident Response Playbook สำหรับรับมือภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ทั้งในระดับองค์กรและในระดับภาคตลาดทุน โดยมีการยกตัวอย่างจากประสบการณ์จริง และแนวปฏิบัติจากองค์กรชั้นนำในต่างประเทศ รวมถึงเคล็ดลับต่าง ๆ ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเป็นอย่างมาก
