Sales Team - Presales Executive/Engineer (IT)

Job Description:

Being a key contact person to coordinate with international vendors on technical service and support terms.
Coaching technical knowledge to resellers and supporting resellers on solution demonstration or any related service support for the good user experience.
Gathering requirements, Design solution and service proposal and implementation.
Work closely with sales and customer to produce technical proposals and pitches to customer
Cooperate with sales team to present and demonstrate IT consulting services and IT solutions
Handle technical and commercial inquiries to conclude in proposal
Coordinate with sales team to ensure customer status progress (POC, TOR) to be in timeline and meet company standard and policies.
Handle all sales functions to ensure the proposal, tender or bidding is accomplished
Good skill in multitasking operation.
Responsible to support sales operations such as documentations, proposals, bill of quantities, comply specification and demonstration.
Able to create product contents on various channels of social media and website.
Handle to prepare demonstration and product training to business partners and customers.
Self-learning and researching to create attractive and informative presentation.
Able to gather all direct and indirect market data or competitor information.

Male or Female Ages 25-40
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
A minimum 3 years of in presales, technical consultant roles, sales experiences or implementing IT project
Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft office and Internet.
Have background experiences related to IT security and IT GRC Platform or any solution support to secure work remotely.
Detailed, well-organized and independent ability.
Adaptability, teamwork, communications, service mind and high responsibility.
Good customer communication skills and carrying out customer coordination with confidence.
Good English communication skill is required. Be able to communicate in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
